The water dripping down my face, A mix of rain and tears, Thoughts running through my mind, Coming true my greatest fears.   Someone close to me, My greatest friend, It really happened, I've been left once again.   It's something I fear, But never expected, We were so very close, So incredibly connected.   I'm shaking but not from cold, My heart close to breaking, How could she do this to me, Friends forever no longer in the making.   My fear of abandonment, It has now come true, I don't think I'll ever recover, I'll forever be blue.
